We operate globally and have partnered with different warehouse facilities to stock our products. If the stock is available in your local area warehouse, you will NOT be charged for shipping.
We offer Free Shipping for the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
- United States: Same day shipping.
- Canada: 1-3 days.
- United Kingdom: 10-15 days.
- Australia: 3-15 days.
While checking out, if you receive standard shipping charges, this means our Warehouse is not located in your city or the product is not available in the local Warehouse located in your city or town. In such cases, you will be charged a standard insured shipping rate.
Change in Address:
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that contains your order receipt. It is crucial to ensure the information you provided is accurate and correct. If there is any change in the address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request an address change. After 24 hours, we are unable to change the information. To request an address change, please send us an email from the same email ID you used to place the order at [email protected].
Order Processing Time & Shipping:
All domestic orders from the United States will be shipped the same day, except for orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO, which will be shipped via USPS and may have a longer initial processing time. Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed within 1-5 business days after the holiday.
We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after you place your order. All international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on the package. Typically, your package should be delivered to you within the specified timeframe after leaving our warehouse. This may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country and courier service processing.
Customers may be charged duties and tariffs on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. The company is not responsible for any country-specific tariffs or duties.
If your address is not verified, you will be contacted via email or text message to verify your address. If your address is not valid, the processing time will be longer. Please make sure your address includes a zip code and apartment number if applicable.
The company is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be contacted to update their address. The customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned.
